TheSagePump ("we," "our," or "us") operates the TheSagePump mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Pump session data: Pump times, durations, and output amounts that you manually log in the App.
• Account information: If you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address (or a relay email if you choose to hide your email).
• Community content: Any discussions, comments, or images you post in the community features.

Information collected automatically:

• Analytics data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as screen views and feature usage to improve the App. You can opt out of analytics in the App settings.
• Crash reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash data to help us fix bugs and improve stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's core pump logging functionality
• To display your pump history, statistics, and charts
• To enable community features (discussions, comments)
• To send push notifications (pump reminders, community updates) if you opt in
• To improve the App through anonymous analytics and crash reporting

3. Data Storage and Security

Your pump session data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Community content and account data are stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage). We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, storage, analytics, and crash reporting. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Apple Sign-In: Authentication. See Apple Privacy Policy.
• TikTok API: We use TikTok's Content Posting API to publish educational content to our brand's TikTok account. We store OAuth tokens (access token, refresh token, open ID, display name) solely for managing our own account. We do not access or store any end-user TikTok data.
• YouTube API: We use YouTube's Data API to publish content to our brand's YouTube channel. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Instagram/Facebook API: We use Meta's Graph API to publish content to our brand's social accounts. See Meta Privacy Policy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the third-party services listed above as necessary to operate the App.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Opt out of analytics: You can disable analytics data collection in the App settings.
• Delete your data: You can delete your pump session data directly within the App. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.
• Notifications: You can manage push notification preferences in your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the App or on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
